How do I restore my Lockeep purchase?

Tap 'Restore Purchases' on the Membership page. If restoring still fails, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, and check your Apple subscription status.

How do I cancel Lockeep auto-renewal?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel via the system subscription management page on your iPhone or iPad, or tap 'Manage Subscription' on the Membership page.

Why are membership features still showing as locked?

Make sure your trial hasn't ended and your subscription is still valid, and try restoring purchases on the membership page. If it still doesn't work, contact support through the support page and include device model and iOS version.

Where do I handle refund and billing issues?

Subscription purchases, renewals, refunds, invoices, and billing management are handled by Apple through your Apple account—Lockeep does not handle payment card information.

Does Lockeep upload my diary?

The current version does not include developer accounts, cloud sync, or cloud AI inference. Diary text, photo attachments, voice transcription results, and AI processing results are stored on your device by default.

Does Lockeep On-Device AI need internet?

Lockeep's intelligent processing is designed around on-device execution—the current version does not provide cloud AI inference. Specific feature availability depends on device model, iOS version, local model, and storage space.

Do I need to back up before uninstalling?

You need to confirm this yourself. Lockeep uses local storage by default—uninstalling or clearing app data may delete local data.

Does Lockeep include ad tracking?

The current version doesn't integrate third-party ad SDKs, nor does it share your diary content for advertising, user profiling, or behavioral analysis.

What's the difference between voice diary and regular recording?

Regular recording mainly preserves audio files, which are usually hard to retrieve later. Lockeep's voice diary integrates spoken content into the diary system for easy editing, search, and review.

Will voice content be organized into text?

Lockeep supports voice recording first, then organizing spoken content into editable, searchable, reviewable text diary drafts.

Can I find old diary entries by date and keywords?

Lockeep helps you return to a specific day, person, or life moment through calendar, search, photos, and memory clues.

Does Lockeep support App Lock?

Yes—combined with system capabilities to reduce the risk of others opening the app to view private records. Specific availability depends on device and system settings.
